Developing your childʼs unique wholeness through meaningful engagement
“The child seeks for independence by means of work; an independence of body and mind.”

Montessori Childrenʼs House creates a conducive, dynamic and nurturing environment to facilitate your childʼs development.
Through engagement with purposeful Montessori exercises, your child will see themselves as competent and capable, while trusting the wisdom of their inner guide and learning at their own pace. They are given the opportunity to follow their own interests, develop their concentration and choose their own activities.
5 Key Areas of Montessori Learning
1. Practical Life
Through mastery of practical life activities, your child cultivates independence, hand-eye co-ordination, self-discipline and concentration while learning to care for themselves, others and their environment. Starting and completing these activities gives your child a sense of achievement and builds their self-esteem, encouraging future learning.
Working with the specially-designed Montessori materials, your child refines their senses, while forming the basis for abstract thinking. Your child will experience the liberation of being able to identify, describe and articulate the beauty and subtleties of the world around them.
Interaction with the Montessori mathematics materials helps your child understand mathematical concepts. Coupled with scientific reasoning, your childʼs abstract reasoning and critical thinking skills will mature, empowering them to be independent learners.
Mirroring real-life settings, it allows children to learn from each other, creating stable and meaningful bonds. Your child learns from older children while mentoring younger children, enabling further mastery as they progress in school and life. As your child progresses at their own pace, there is co-operation, rather than competition, between ages.
Expand your childʼs knowledge horizons with a well-rounded education of Geography, History, Biology, Botany, Zoology, Art, Music and Science. Through these holistic studies, your child learns to respect and love their extended human and physical environment.
